Every staff member I've met is kind, courteous and knowledgeable about Floatation Therapy. I worked Zebulon. There are many things you can do for self care and pampering. In getting to know more about Float Therapy I found it is very relaxing and used by Olympians, Professional Athletes, Military and is a SEAL endorsed super learning tool. It's also a Reduction Environment Stimulus Therapy, R.E.S.T. with this being said the outside world disappears and floats away during your float. Buoy Underground also has a Private steam room, Messages. B.U. has many float options for a two person float, or individual floats. So bring up your self care with a float, it's an amazing relaxing time.

I was gifted a 2 person float and a 30 minute steam shower as a gift. What an INCREDIBLE experience at Buoy! Before we did any floating, we were walked through the process by staff and he was very thorough and supportive. Floating was a sensation I’ve never felt before and was so relaxing. The spa was extremely clean! Before we left, we were given a hand-written card thanking us - from someone who has worked in customer service, all I can say is WOW this was top notch! I loved the environment at Buoy, I can’t wait to go back for my next experience!

AMAZING!!! I book this to surprise my wife for her birthday this past weekend and it was simple fantastic! We did a package for float, massage and steam shower. All three were beyond what we were hoping for. It was our first time, but will not be our last.

Went for a first time float although I was a little skeptical, and I'm incredibly happy I did! Like nothing I've ever felt before, just complete relaxation of body and mind. You have to allow yourself to completely relax in the pod with water over your ears (earplugs provided if needed) to fully start to feel the effects in my opinion. It's hard to explain, but great to experience if that makes sense. The ambiance of the spa was soothing and inviting, and being underground was a neat niche, but also practical, due to noise cancelation of the downtown area. They had great reading material and calm activities you could do in the serenity(?) room. I would highly recommend this experience and we will be returning. They were extremely friendly and informational and answered the questions we had. Fantastic

This place is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They take plenty of time to explain the process and expectations. The facility itself is very clean and peaceful. There are rooms with pods with a lid (can be open or closed lid), a room with a pool style float and there is also a steam room! After your float you can spend time in a room just relaxing before you head out. Highly recommend!!
